Cancellation, Refund & No Return Policy
Snappy.fan operates globally through Snappy Titan Private Limited (India) and Snappy Titan Company Limited (UK). This policy is drafted in compliance with India’s Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Information Technology Rules, 2021, and the UK Consumer Rights Act, 2015 (including Digital Content & Services Regulations).
Cancellation Policy
1. Personalized Services:
- Cancellations for personalized services can be honored only if requested within 1 hour of placing the order, provided the service has not yet been delivered.
- In case of a valid cancellation, 25% of the original booking amount will be deducted as cancellation charges, and 75% refunded to the customer’s Snappy Wallet.
2. Live Event Bookings:
- No cancellations or refunds are available for live event bookings.
- If an event is canceled by the creator or Snappy, a full refund will be issued to the customer’s Snappy Wallet.
3. Membership Plans & Digital Content:
- Membership plans and digital content purchases (videos, photos, subscriptions) are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
- Customers may cancel subscription auto-renewals anytime through their account settings.
- This complies with India’s E-Commerce & IT Rules and UK/EU Digital Content Regulations that allow providers to restrict cancellation once digital content is accessed.
Refund Policy
1. Service Non-Delivery:
- A 50% refund will be credited to the customer’s Snappy Wallet if influencers/creators/sellers cannot deliver the requested personalized service.
- Snappy reserves the right to cancel a service request and issue a 100% refund to the Snappy Wallet if necessary.
2. Processing of Refunds:
- All refunds are credited to the Snappy Wallet and can be used for future transactions on the platform.
- No refunds will be credited back to the customer’s bank account, card, or original payment method.
- Wallet refunds are processed instantly upon approval.
3. Discrepancies:
- For discrepancies, customers may contact us at admin@snappy.fan. - Refund-related disputes will be handled in accordance with both Indian Consumer Protection Act and UK Consumer Rights Act where applicable.
No Return Policy
1. Digital Content & Services:
- As Snappy deals exclusively with digital content and services, a strict No Return Policy applies.
- Once digital content (videos, photos, documents, subscriptions) has been purchased or accessed, it cannot be returned or refunded.
- This complies with both Indian and UK consumer laws regarding digital content.
2. Final Sale:
- All purchases are considered final once payment is successful.
