Cancellation Policy
1. Personalized Services:
- Cancellations for personalized service requests can be honored only if made within 1 hour of placing the order, provided the service has not yet been delivered. - In case of a valid cancellation, 25% of the original booking amount will be deducted as cancellation charges, and 75% will be refunded to the customer's Snappy Wallet.
2. Live Event Bookings:
- No cancellations or refunds will be provided for live event bookings. - If the event is canceled by the creator or platform, a full refund will be issued to the customer's Snappy Wallet.
3. Membership Plans and Digital Content:
- Membership plans and digital content purchases (e.g., videos, photos, or subscriptions) are non-cancellable and non-refundable. - Customers can cancel the auto-renewal of subscriptions anytime through their account settings.
Refund Policy
1. Service Non-Delivery:
- A 50% refund will be credited to the customer's Snappy Wallet if influencers/creators/sellers are unable to deliver the requested personalized services. - Snappy reserves the right to cancel any service request and issue a 100% refund to the Snappy Wallet if necessary.
2. Processing of Refunds:
- All refunds are credited to the Snappy Wallet and can be used for future transactions on the platform. - No refunds will be credited to the customer's bank account, card, or other original payment methods. - Wallet refunds are processed instantly upon approval.
3. Discrepancies:
- For any discrepancies, customers can reach out to us at admin@snappy.fan.
No Return Policy
1. Digital Content and Services:
- As Snappy only deals with digital content and services, a strict no-return policy is in place. - Once a customer has purchased digital content (e.g., videos, photos, or documents), it cannot be returned or refunded.
2. Final Sale:
- All purchases are considered final upon successful payment.
