Cancellation Policy
 
Cancellation of any personalized service request by the customers can be honored only till 1 hrs from the time when the order was placed, given the services have not been delivered.
In case of a valid cancellation, 25% of the original booking amount will be deducted as cancellation charges and 75% will be refunded back to the customers via their wallets.
.
In the case of Live Event booking, there will be no cancellation and no refund will be provided for the same. However, if the event is canceled, a full refund will be given to the customers.
In case the customers subscribe to any Membership Plans or purchase any digital content, there will be no cancellation and Customers will not be eligible for any refund. However, they can cancel the auto-renewal anytime.

Refund Policy

A 50% refund will be done in case Influencers/Creators/Sellers are not able to provide the requested personalized services. Service delivery depends on a number of factors hence there is no guarantee that snappy will be within it rights to cancel a service request by issuing a 100% refund to the customers.

Refunds will be processed in the original mode of payment, which will be credited within 120 to 150 working days.

No Return Policy

As our Influencers sell only Digital Content and Services, we have a no-return policy. It means once a customer has purchased a Video, Photo or any form of digital document, it cannot be returned or asked a refund for.
